Fallout 4 mods queued but not downloading

I recently reinstalled Fallout 4, and all the DLC< but for some reason I can't seen to download mods for it I keep getting the message "The operation could not be completed." One day I decided that I wanted to play fallout 4, but when I attempted to load a previous save, it said something like: "are you sure you want to load without" then it listed all my mods with the .esp or .esm endings. Is there something I did wrong? I don't have any of the dlcs or the survival mode beta. Please Help, Thanks. I´m using the in-game service for mods. It worked just fine. For a day.
